1. Overview
At CyanorX, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled. This policy applies to all services provided by CyanorX, including software development, web development, mobile app development, AI services, cloud solutions, digital marketing, and consulting.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by the Client
You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to CyanorX. The refund amount, if any, will depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:

| Near Completion (More than 75% complete) | No refund. Full payment of remaining balance is due |
2.2 Cancellation by CyanorX
CyanorX reserves the right to cancel a project under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment by the Client for more than 15 days after the due date
- Repeated failure to provide required inputs, content, or approvals
- Abusive, threatening, or unethical behaviour by the Client
- The project becomes technically unfeasible or commercially unviable
- Breach of any material term of the agreement
In such cases, the Client will receive all completed work and will be invoiced for work performed up to the date of cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Project cancelled before commencement of work
- CyanorX is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services
- Significant deviation from the agreed scope that cannot be resolved
- Duplicate payment or billing error
3.2 Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, hosting, API fees, software licenses, etc.)
- Work already completed and delivered to the Client
- Consulting fees for time already spent
- Setup or configuration fees once work has begun
- Services rendered under a separate agreement or AMC
3.3 Refund Process
- Request: Submit a written refund request to cyanorax@gmail.com with your project details and reason for the refund.
- Review: We will review your request within 5 business days and assess the work completed.
- Decision: You will be notified of our decision with a detailed explanation.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.
4. Subscription and Recurring Services
For ongoing services such as AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), hosting, cloud services, or SaaS subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel with 30 days' written notice. No refund for the current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: Cancel with 60 days' notice. A pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused portion, minus any setup or administrative fees.
- Domain and hosting: Non-refundable once the domain is registered or hosting is provisioned, as these are third-party services.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all ongoing services
- Additional charges for dispute handling
- Termination of any active agreements
6. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Factors considered include:
- Quality issues or failure to meet agreed specifications
- Significant project delays caused solely by CyanorX
- Extenuating personal or business circumstances

8. Changes to This Policy
CyanorX reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your project agreement shall apply to that project.
